The scanning data, including the time of scan, is recorded to ensure proper ticket usage and to manage entry to events effectively.

  • Contact details, including address, email address, and phone number
  • Information regarding the games you are applying for
  • Whether the tickets have been scanned
  • Time of scan for ticket verification

The legal basis for our processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned is:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as the processing is necessary for us to pursue our legitimate interest in providing secure and well-functioning digital platforms.

Your personal data may be shared with our IT providers (data processors) who store and process the data on our behalf, following our instructions.

Your personal data is retained as long as you have an active profile on the relevant digital platforms. We consider a profile to be active if we have had any interaction with the profile within the last six years. Ticketing information, including scan times, is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of event management, security, and auditing. You can, however, delete certain information through your profile on the respective platforms.

When we process personal data about you, you have the following rights:

  • Right to withdraw consent: If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawing your consent only applies to the processing of personal data after the point at which you withdraw your consent, and does not affect the legality of any previous processing.
  • Right to access: You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you, as well as the terms of this processing. In this regard, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to have personal data we process about you corrected if it is incorrect, and you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
